Another big night for Bogut It was another big night for Andrew Bogut as he helped Milwaukee claim its sixth straight win on Sunday night (US time). Bucks team-mate Jerry Stackhouse slightly upstaged the Australian with his 20 points but Bogut still completed another double-double as he added 17 and 12 rebounds, the Bucks edging out the struggling Indiana Pacers 98-94 for their 12th win in the last 13.
Nuggets too good for Hornets Carmelo Anthony scored 32 points and added 12 rebounds as the Denver Nuggets beat the New Orleans Hornets for their fifth straight win in Sunday's NBA matches. Chauncey Billups added 21 points for Denver, who now have a two-game advantage over Utah for third place in the Western Conference.
Champion 'Cats Kevin Lisch etched his name into Perth Wildcats folklore with an amazing 29 points as the 'Cats beat the Wollongong Hawks 96-72 to become the 2009/10 NBL champions at Challenge Stadium on Friday night. Lisch, the 23-year-old import guard in his first season of professional basketball out of St Louis University, put on an incredible display with 29 points that included five three-pointers and 13 late in the third quarter where the 'Cats went on a 14-0 run.
